Normally their service is good until today there service was bad the cashier his name is Jorge D I was paying him and since there was I line I was rushing to give him the money I gave him the Bill’s and I put the change on the counter and he made a big deal saying I threw him the change when I didn’t I just didn’t wanna handed to him since we are in a pandemic I ain’t trying to touch people’s hands. And he was all complaining to some maria telling her what I did. If he can’t handle his job he shouldn’t work there period.

Honestly, I’m only writing a review because the worker tonight, I believe it was Sabrina, was freaking amazing. Extremely nice and super sweet even though my girlfriend and I showed up 20 mins before they closed. After working a long day, she made my night and she deserves a raise or promotion or something. I tried to tip her as well and she wouldn’t take it so she deserves more! If she reads this, thank you and I will definitely come back just cause you work there.

Do not come here !!!! I advise you guys to go elsewhere some other panda express location reason why I am leaving this detailed review I normally do not leave unwanted reviews on express this is by far the most pathetic of all express locations this makes panda express look really really bad to his customers not to mention staff is very rude manager does not care whatsoever of what the staff does always says that they’re going to get a warning but they do not get no warning food is cold they never have what you order for they never have ice for the soda machines
