Took more than two weeks to receive my dog’s eye medication after being told it would arrive in a few days. The day after I ordered, I received a message from cashier saying the medication would hopefully go out that day, but it would arrive in a day or two. A week passes waiting. I call again and I am told, Oh, I will make sure it goes out today. Again almost a week passes, and I call again and again I get the same response. Oh, I will make sure it goes out today. Frustrated, I speak to a manager that tries to explain that these compounds can be difficult and so on. I point out that if that is true then why are you telling your customer it will be there is a few days? And, after my conversation with him, I got the prescription the next day! No issues after making a fuss! I called my vet who recommended Wedgewood Pharmacy in New Jersey. I just called and ordered, $49.25. Med Specialists Pharma charged me $105.12 for same medication but in a different format. What a waste of time, money and frustration. Never again!
