Transfer stations are an intermediate collection location for local waste trucks prior to the shipment of waste to regional landfills. This helps us to minimize the environmental impact of the transportation of waste. There are over 200 regional transfer stations that serve as waste receiving and distribution centers for residential, business and community customers. View the location details to learn more about the transfer station in your area, such as material drop-off instructions and hours.

Sometimes there is a wait but for the price you are paying it is worth it.

Positive: Value Easy for residential customers. I brought a mini van full of bagged yard waste and it only cost $34.50. Just need to be patient because there can be a wait as only 6-8 car/trucks can unload at a time.

Easy experience and friendly staff. Definitely better than most transfer stations and landfills. Although, directions could be a clearer with larger entrance signs and type of waste signage (or something similar) once inside to unload material. If that is fixed, I’d be willing to update my review to 5/5.Please note, most of the other reviews are complaints about Republic Services residential service, not this particular facility.

Very expensive!!! You never know what youre gonna pay and the older the employee, the more expensive it gets. The older employees charge you depending on your nationality or wealth level. The first employee sent us to Pittburg if we wanted to pay less. Unfortunately, my truck started overheating and had to come back for our first dump. The second employee was young, with excellent cuatomer service skills and we ended up doing 2 dumps with him.We came back for another dump and the 3rd employee was the same way as the first, a mule!We ended up swiching vehicles and completed our dumps in Pittsburg.Republic has to do an assesment of its older employees discriminatory ways and lack of customer service skills.
