The entire staff here at this location is absolutely helpful in every way. I was assisted by Alyssa who went above and beyond any expectations I had. Alyssa took the time to go over everything with me and what to expect from my new Verizon wireless service. I never felt pressured to buy anything, however I was informed of all my options available. The store manager Robbie assisted me on my next visit to purchase a second item, he was very professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile by putting my new phone case together.I high recommend this authorized Verizon location, 5 stars of approval!

Alyssa is the best representative! I went there to ask her about how I can upgrade my phone after switching to Verizon from T-Mobile. The other store on the other side of town was not that professional enough & very confusing! When I walked out of the store other side of town (Mooney BLVD), the guy there ended up giving me the wrong plan to start off with. Alyssa knew exactly what she was doing & was more understanding in telling me what to do. If you go to this Verizon store, I recommend to set up an appointment with her! 🙂
