I went in today to get a propane tank and have it filled! When I got there , there was a young lady getting off work and was leaving. She let me know there was two other ladies that was going to help me! I walked around the building and there was two young women hard at work hooking up a trailer to a mans truck! After they finished one politely approach me and asked what I needed. I wanted a propane tank and have it filled! She grabbed the tank walked it out to the filling station and filled the tank up! Very professional and courteous treatment by the young lady!

The worst experience ever!!. I had a reservation to pick up the truck at 8am but they didnt have any truck available. I have no idea why they couldnt check and call in to see if other people returned their car early in the morning. They rescheduled me and told me to drive 45 miles to go pick up the truck by 9am. I got to other uhaul by 9:20 and this location was closed. I called but NO ONE answered the phone. I finally got to talk to someone and told me it opens at 10am. Are you kidding me? Not alone we had to drive 90 miles round trip, I wasted 3 hours in the morning when I could have move early in the morning to avoid 100 degree temperature to move in the after noon. I am so upset that I would report this to the main Uhaul manangement!!! This uhaul is giving me so much stress when I am supposed to be excited to move in to a new place. TERRIBLE! Please have some type of back up plans for the problem in the future if you want to improve.
