Some empty shelves, and it’s been understaffed during the pandemic so there is frequently long lines during peak hours.Avoid weekends or you’ll likely have to wait outside when they meet capacity. The staff are very nice and helpful, but when they’re understaffed good luck flagging someone down to unlock an item for you!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I just stopped an employee as they walked by me, and even though she seemed to be in a hurry she was happy to stop and answer all my questions and point me in the right direction.

The wait here is just bad, no matter when I come and whether I’m picking an online order, doing in store purchase or returning things. Besides the wait the store is spacious, clean and well organized.
