Wasted so much time. I did curb pickup. Waited over 25 minutes on the curbside pickup along with another customer but no one showed up. We went inside and they said they had my order in the receiving department. Waited another 25 minutes inside. A total of 50 minutes. Made it worst that my online purchased took over 20 days to get to the store. Since i did not pick it up right away I got an email saying I needed to pick up my order otherwise it was going to be cancelled the next day. So I go to the store and ……….

I recently ordered water sprinkler parts and had them delivered to the store. This mistake won’t be made again. I received an email that my order was available for pickup around 3 p.m. on a Thursday. I waited 50 minutes at Customer Service while employees looked for my small package. There were no less than 10 people in line waiting to pickup or return a product. I saw many customers leave the store without being served. The employees were doing the best they could while maintaining a good attitude. The Customer Service department at this Lowe’s is greatly under-staffed. I hope management reads this post and makes the needed changes. Almost an hour to pick up an order is not good business.
