I had a good eye exam. Felt a bit of pressure to by progressive lenses but not too bad. I ordered 2 sets of lenses for glasses I already owned. Was called when the lenses came in to pick them up. Message left said the installation would take about 30 minutes each. I checked their web site and hours open stated open at 8:30 AM. Got to the office just after 8:30 AM. Waited 15 minutes and it was still closed. Stopped back by just after 11:15 AM and was told lenses would take about an hour to install. Told them I would stop back later. Stopped back about 3:15 PM and was told only one set was complete and that the other pair, due to tinting would take another hour. I gave them 4 hours when told it would only take 1. Asked them when then opened up and they said their Covid hours were 9 AM. I asked them why no change of hours on the door or website. They said they thought they had. Not great service.

Extremely pleased with service, eye exams given and doctor care. I didn’t want to feel like a number, but a patient and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful taking time for any and all questions…and never rushed my appointment. The doctor took time to give extensive care to help provide the best vision care I’ve had in this area. Highly recommend!

I tried three different optical centers of which I was very unhappy! On my sister’s recommendation I made an appt. with Dr. Mitsoglou to test my eyes. He is very thorough and does it right! My correct lenses made me feel so great and he has been consistently excellent through the years. I won’t go to anyone else. Also, his staff is very helpful and friendly.
