They were very professional and friendly which is something that is lacking in some of the customer service industries. Very good food for a descent price. We needed sandwiches for seven people and it would have cost too much to purchase seven smaller sandwiches in the deli section at Raley’s than to purchase to giant sandwiches at Jersey Mike’s. We will definitely buy sandwiches from here again.

The team was so great! They were so focused on customer service it was refreshing. They also made suggestions for vegetarian options because I was disappointed that the company had stopped selling the grilled veggie wrap so one of the lead people suggested the new Portobello sandwich that I didn’t even know about. That team is going to make Jersey Mike’s a lot of money just because they’re so friendly and committed to customer service.
