I’m a big fan of Jins, especially the Jins in Japan since they include the eye exam for free with purchase of glasses. Despite this, I had a good experience at this store and ended up getting two glasses, one for my wife and for myself. Their prices are just so much more affordable than other places I’ve been to.

The glasses are fashionable and the pick up time was fast. Sylvia helped put our order in. My friend and I picked up 3 pair. Two pair had identical frames and we waited 30mins to pick them up. Rebekah helped us when we picked up and explained the warranty. As we were leaving we notice that I was overcharged $20. We went right back and talked to 2 different rep. Eventually the manager came over and figured out that one pair was not the one I selected. She asked me what I wanted to do. Obviously, I would like the pair picked but would like them shipped to me. Without explaining the process, she went ahead and swapped the lenses on the frames. I received my $20 refund for overpaying and left. I did not receive an apology or anything close. You advertise 30min as a selling point, please make sure your work is accurate. If a mistake is made be sure to fix it and do so without attitude. Feel free to reach out to me for feedback.
