An awful experience with the rude salesperson. Her name was Ashely ( if she said her true name!)My friend and I entered the store wearing our face masks. We were trying some stuffs in the fitting room. She tried to watch me inside the fitting room and started yelling at me why you don’t have face mask inside the fitting room. I tried to calm her; I wore my mask came out to see what’s wrong with her. But this little rude teenage didn’t even keep her 6 ft distance from me!!! She came to my face widely and was yelling even at my friend. We were both scared!!We left the store immediately as we were not feeling safe.I believe the store manager must take insanity test from the sales associates before hiring them!!Or at least advise these employees get help from a therapist!

Lucky jeans are my preferred style denim pant. They are both comfortable and stylish, and the quality is simply outstanding. My last pair is still in early perfect condition from when I first bought them roughly 3 years ago. I grabbed a slightly darker pair this time around, and also a matching leather belt as those happened to be on sale. I can’t wait to get them tailored so I can add them to my normal rotation of jeans.

Not sure who I spoke to about my daughter’s pants. But very helpful on the phone. When i showed up to exchange pants the young lady that help me out was very nice and helpful. There was another girl there help out too. Both were great. The girl that i spoke to on the phone came out because they could find out how to do the exchange and she to was very nice. Best experience I’ve had. Thanks to all three ladies. The staff here is super cool and helpful. I would drive the extra hour simply because of the service.
