I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Mother’s Day. Knowing today was a busy day for flower shops I called this morning to see if they could give me a delivery window. Out of town on this day I was nervous for everything to work as planned. I was told they could not give me a time but they would deliver today. After that I called multiple times to try to confirm everything was ok for the delivery. No one answered calls after 9 am. No one returned any of my voicemails and it’s now 530 pm and there is no delivery. Don’t take orders you can’t fill and at least give the person their money back in time they may be able to salvage the surprise especially on Mother’s Day. This is terrible business. Note that at this time I have no communication from the business, no flowers, and they have my money. This is theft! I will update what they do if anything to right this wrong.

Avoid at all costs!!! I paid for a premium arrangement and you be the judge. Most of the flowers in this arrangement are dead or dying.The flowers also did not come with a pink vase like in the photos.They also missed the delivery day. I paid for Saturday delivery, and the flowers didn’t show up until Sunday and I was given no notice of the change.

I ordered two different flower designs to be delivered on May 9th for Mother’s Day. They delivered one of them on May 7th and never delivered the other! I tried calling them and was put on hold for about 20 mins until they just hung up. I left a VM and I have yet to hear back. Unprofessional and rude.
