Shipped a perishable package to my aunt in Washington , paid 2nd day but didn’t arrive until 3rd day. After speaking to the UPS Store and UPS directly serval times, I had to call the UPS Store Corporate, which told me they do not refund the difference since March last year. Why would I pay much more for service that I don’t get? Don’t pay extra for shipment that they will not back.

They ignored the phone calls I made at 6:50 and I got to their door and saw inside it was still 6:56 and they closed shop before 7 I needed a last minute thing and the guy looked right at me. If you open 3 minutes late it’s unacceptable…. why is it ok to close early? It’s not.
