Purchased an Eken V7 doorbell it arrived in like 5 days, much faster than expected. Initially had some problems pairing it, but emailed their tech support and they walked me through the entire process. 5 stars for great customer service, 5 stars for a great product. Love doing business with local small businesses.

Item sent was used and dirty. It should have been a new knife sharpener. Returned the used unit and never received the refund or a store gift certificate that was offered to me by the owner. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I can only be thankful that the item wasn’t a lot of money so I didn’t lose too much but its more the principle of it all. They said they fix the issue but after four months nothing has been done.
