Pharmacy here will charge you for covid vaccine if you have private insurance even though my insurance covered 100% for the vaccine and administration. Contacted the Rite Aid customer service and they said to go to the store and ask for credit as it was a mistake done by the pharmacist. Went to the store, instead of crediting back to the credit card which was the original method of payment, they gave me a gift card. My regular pharmacy is CVS so probably not going to use their gift card. I only went to Rite Aid because that is the only place that had covid vaccine at the time.

I used this location to deposit into my green dot account. There is not supposed to be a fee with deposit over $20. I deposited $250 and was charged $5 to make thee deposit. I was hoping to post a photo of the green dot information clearly stating there is no fee but on my end I can’t seem to attach a photo.Side note: pharmacy is 5 stars

Update: Had issues with loading my green dot card . It’s supposed to be at no cost but they were charging. The supervisor, cashier, and I worked together to figure it out. The site is clean and well stocked. Also the pharmacy is great.
