Nice selection of quality things but prices are a little high for me except when I can find things on the clearance rack.

Never greeted upon entry. Actually liked the store & their merchandise. As I paid for 2 items the price seemed higher than expected. The young woman who had “helped” me placed the Oakley sunglasses in the wrong box. $166 instead of $116. No apology from Tyler the manager who was ringing me up, not really much of an acknowledgement for an overcharge of $50.00I asked his name & took a business card. He was borderline surly. Inquired about the manager, turns out Tyler is the manager .I explained that I was wanting to support a local business & that this had not been a pleasant retail experience. His reply? That I had been rude since I walked in. I actually engaged with 2 other shoppers asking their opinion on the raincoat ($225.00) & the aforementioned Oakleys since neither of the workers seemed invested in my investment. The young woman was fairly nice but shy & maybe new to retail. I have dealt with the public most of my working life & I am friendly & polite.I returned both items on the spot. I hope the owners of this shop see this & speak to or replace their manager.Frances Cowan
