30 min before closing I finally received the earrings.

My experience could have been significantly better if there was more care applied to the experience. Reserved earrings for pick up for Mother’s Day and when I arrived to the store I was told they did not have item in stock and would have to order and ship it the following day. This was two days before Mother’s Day so, regardless of being annoyed this was a viable option. I was asked to wait for someone to reach me, notifying me items available for pick up. That call never came… I called 10 times through out the day just to be given the run around and even had the same women I spoke with 10 min prior on the phone act as if she could not hear me. Terrible acting skills and even worst costumer service. 30 min before closing I finally received the earrings. I love Yurman and will continue supporting them but will not be returning to this location.
