WOW! I just had the best experience at The Outlet! I made a trip from Sacramento just to shop here and, let me tell you, it was absolutely worth the trip! Ashley, Bianca, Lauren , Hannah, and Maya were incredibly helpful. I was concerned about going shopping solo, but Ashley and Bianca felt like friends giving me their honest input and pulled great options from the bins that I wouldn’t have picked for myself but they worked out great! Everyone working was incredibly friendly and helpful; exceptional customer service! I left with so many clothes for such an affordable price! I was shopping for an engagement shoot and left with great options for the photo shoot and so many more staple items. If you are on the fence about whether or not it’s worth the drive- DO IT. If you are wondering if it’s worth the wait outside to get in- IT IS! I am already looking forward to coming back- which is saying a lot because I typically hate shopping! Thank you all for such a great and special experience.

Only open Friday thru Sunday. $5 for everything. This is stuff that was discontinued on their website. Maybe some returns. No irregular or torn merchandise. Mostly short dresses. Very few tops (only white crop tops in my size (L/xl). Also limited selection of leotards (called intimates), rompers (called bottoms), convertible dresses and long formal dresses. Some very plain heels.I bought two formal dresses (think bridesmaid style), a long sleeve wrap dress and a convertible dress. $20 plus tax. They don’t accept cash, just cards. They’re very busy on Saturdays. Usually a line to the changing rooms but the line goes quickly.

Since their fitting rooms are not open to the public customers have to struggle to try dresses on. And the store require customers to keep their clothes on to “protect” their merchandise. As my daughter was struggling to try a dress over her clothes, I see an employee coming in and out of their private bathroom trying different dresses, no mask… no clothes under to “protect” their merchandise……So, customers have to follow their rules but the store’s employees don’t? My daughter is a minor and still they couldn’t provide a private area for her to try some clothes…. not good…I’ll take my money to another store where I feel appreciated and I have the right to at least some privacy.
