We bought our mattress here a few years ago, and were pleased with the service and high quality. They also have quite a few things made locally, or at least in the bay area, and have a range of lower-priced options as well. When we decided to do some redecorating last year, we came here for a consultation with Lori, and ended up buying most of our new pieces of furniture here. I never felt pressured and we were completely satisfied with the customer service and quality. I’ve never had a bad experience, even when I just go in to browse.
