The pharmacy makes a lot of mistakes. Pharmacy lines are often insanely long and the drive thru usually takes at least 10 mins. There is a lot of staff turnover in the pharmacy. Recently they’ve had some really great new people. However, the pharmacy manager is almost guaranteed to be rude.

rude, incompetent and take forever. I’ve had staff yell at me for no reason. So I switched to another pharmacy. The pharmacists there are the rudest ones of all. Lie to me and say my medication can’t be filled, yet.. the other cvs says that it can. Hmmm. So I switched. Not dealing with these rude people who take forever and don’t care.
