Maddie was super helpful at holding a watch for me so that I could pick it up quickly when I arrived to the store since I was coming from Irvine. They are taking the pandemic pretty seriously, which is great to see. I don’t like shopping around in REI since I usually pick out a million things that I want to buy but don’t need, haha. Maddie was awesome at getting me taken care of when I got there and it’s just really appreciated since I know working in retail is probably the most challenging thing these past few months.
