This is a real T-Mobile store. You no longer have to drive to Santa Rosa to get your questions answered or receive amazing deals. It operates just like any T-Mobile store. The staff is friendly and provides good customer service.

I wish I didn’t have to write this review. I called ahead to make sure I could come in to get a mobile hotspot. I showed up 30 mins later to find out the promo plan I wanted expired upon arrival. If I had known that I would have just ordered online and got what I wanted. Never was even offered a simple apology for the miscommunication.
