Avoid this shop at all costs. The estimator Zack was very difficult to work with. My insurance company approved paint repair work to be completed, but Zack refused to complete the work. I had to bring my vehicle back twice, because they did not properly install the plastic molding on my tailgate. I just took photos of my tailgate, after picking up my truck for the second time. The molding did not even stay affixed for 72 hours and the shop has refused to fix its mistakes. My insurance claim handler explained that Fix Auto Yorba Linda has refused to complete anymore work on my truck. Their Lifetime Warranty, isn’t worth the paper it is written on.Know your rights as a consumer. If you have shared a similar experience, and Fix Auto is refusing to honor your Lifetime Warranty, file a compliant with Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR).
