Hi! My brother and I came in last week to replace our bikes that we’re sadly stolen :(. We got there right at opening (11 am) and were immediately greeted and welcomed in by Eric and another team member. I’ve always found bike shops to be really awesome places full of really awesome people but Eric took it to another level. His advice, wisdom, and honest opinions made our experience top notch. He listened to our needs and respected our budget all while fitting us both into some GREAT new bikes. He definitely made a return shopper out of me. Helen’s is the best.

They had the bike I wanted in stock and were happy to ship it to Colorado. No fuss, no muss, ordered Tuesday, arrived Friday, assembled Saturday and off to the streets!

I have been looking for this very specific bike and searched for days. Finally found it on Helen’s Cycles in Santa Monica. I emailed them, then talked on the phone. They were very friendly and helpful. Gave me an amazing deal, shipped the bike to me via Bike Flights and I received it within couple days. They even snapped a quick photo of it before shipping it and kept communicating through all the steps. Very happy customer here and would recommend Helen’s Cycles regardless if you’re local or not!
