We have been on a “waiting list” for a motorcycle for our daughter since Oct 2020, hoping it would be a Christmas gift for her. December passed, we checked back in Feb, March…finally was told a bike would be coming in April. Just called today May 14th to find out Andy the sales manager sold the bike to someone who ordered a different size bike but decided this one we’ve been waiting for, for literally 6 months, would fit his son better. No one on the waiting list was called and no apologies were made. If this isn’t the WORST customer service in history I don’t know what is. I’m pretty sure Andy needs refresher course on customer service and understanding how a waiting list works. You’ve lost local customers and we will be sure to let everyone know how you handle business.

I came by to check out the Raptor 90. Andy was not very helpful. He really needs to go to salesman school. He wouldn’t sell me the quad even though my daughter is 16.I will take my business to Redding or Medford.Brian Powell
