I had to send a fairly large package from California to Illinois. I think the price for shipping wasn’t too bad… considering usps would probably be ** a lot ** more. Anyways, I had excellent customer service from Agnes, who was helpful & friendly. Quick and easy!

Came in here to drop off a heavy fence, needed a little tape the manager refused to offer some to me. Instead, he sold me an expired and Overpriced tape that he witnessed himself was defective. He fled the scene and kept himself busy so he doesn’t have to deal with us. Furthermore, he said it was to heavy and made us bring all the way back in where employees are only allowed. Horrible service I will be going to another location from now on.
