When I was at the store the day before memorial day, I saw a charcoal grill that I wanted to purchase. They item wasn’t available at the store so the clerk called a different store to see if they had it one. So I asked them if they could have them deliver it to my house and was told No. Today, I had an issue with an online purchase, so I wasn’t to the same Lowe’s in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. to see if they could help me out. They cashier in the Gardening department called her supervisor for assistance, but the supervisor never showed up. Thanks for not being able to solve the problem and making sure the customer not satisfied!

I’d like to Thank Ron our salesman at store #0774 Rancho Cucamonga………Ron helped us find the perfect gazebo for our home. As summer is near we are trying to prepare our home for the hot upcoming weather. He was so kind and patient. I tried to do the survey but I had problems with it. It kept taking me to sweepstakes. Either way he deserves to be recognized he is very sweet , well mannered and very informative. He’s very knowledgeable ….such a hardworking man. Thank you for making our shopping experience at lowes a pleasant one. You deserve a 20. Highest score was 10 but u definitely deserve more

Fantastic! I ordered a glass portrait from Turkey but upon receipt of the package I realized that I only received 3 of the required 4 wall mounts. So I came into Lowes with hardly any hope of finding what I needed. But fortunately Lowes amazing staff literally spent 15 minutes combing through their inventory to help me find the black mount shown below (mind you, this piece is typically used for gate installations). Now, I can finally hang my portrait!!!! Thank you Lowes!!!
