Terrible customer service the general manager Hector refused to let me in 17 minutes before closing even though he had two customers in the store. I was late to my appointment for the exchange of my iPhone 11 due to a fatality on the 80 freeway. I was still at the store before closing period. Hector explained to me that it would take to long for him to exchange my phone and that I would need to drive another 43 miles round trip the next day. I actually asked Hector to go the extra mile to help me and even explained the accident and how far away I lived and he still closed the door well before closing time. So I actually waited until the last customers left and it was 7:23 so he DID go the extra mile for that customer however I received nothing but a lazy excuse for a manager.
