Great piano- truly a work of art. Steinway supports the community of new piano players by allowing recitals to occur within the space. Parking is available off the street and in nearby structure. Unfortunately, parking is a bit hard to get to off of Arroyo Pkwy and it is a bit pricey.

The other reviewers must be colluding; this Steinway branch is a joke. The manager on duty could not “verify” my appointment and refused to open the door to an empty store. He also refused to even check, which was exasperating after driving so far. Beyond that, I tried reasoning with him and he was extremely rude and not in the least bit courteous or professional. Not up to the Steinway Standard by any stretch of the imagination. Solid F
