Got my problems solved quickly

Went to complete an order I started over the phone. Told me the T Mobile Customer Care representatives had lied on the phone and that I needed to pay way more than what was originally being charged (even though the promotion was on T-Mobiles website). Wouldn’t listen to me and instead kept lying to me about the offers so I just had to leave.

Well I went into the T-Mobile looking for a sales item and instead of telling me that they didn’t have it the T-Mobile representative brought out two higher priced items that I couldn’t get for the sale price I sought. I understand trying to upsell but if the item can’t be sold at the sale price of the item I wanted why bring it out? Sorry no photos, this wasn’t a good experience nor a bad one just a bad sales job

Very poor customer service. Horrible experience with an employee who lied to me and said I did not qualify for a new phone when I did. The employees are not friendly at all. I am now very happy in my new tmobile store that is in Cross Bronx Plaza. Where the employees are very friendly, kind, humble and have alot of patients. I recommend the tmobile in Cross Bronx Plaza 5 stars compare to the one in Fordham and Jerome
