I just had the worst experience at this Ross! The woman at the register was so rude. I found 2 tank tops in the men’s clearance that didn’t have tags on them so I found one in a different size on the clearance so they would have a reference. She looked at me up and down and called someone to go check . The lady that came looked at the shirts looked at me and said no I don’t think so. She went and checked and Of course I was right. But they treated me like I was trying to steal from them. And never apologized or said have a nice day nothing but Attitude! What ever happened to good customer service?

Wow!! The pickings are pitifully slim to say the least. The staff is pleasant and friendly enough; but there are several DOZEN displays throughout EVERY DEPARTMENT with no merchandise whatsoever. Its a bit of an embarrassment since its competitors (TJ MAXX, HOME GOODS & MARSHALLS) dont have this problem.
