They did a poor, poor job and charged heavily for it.Absolutely the biggest tax mistake I have ever made.Jackson Hewitt charges well over two hundred dollars for a tax process that took 15 minutes on TurboTax/TaxAct software (which was FREE).Customer service (listed in the useless response below) was unprofessional. It took at least 15 minutes to find a real human whom was absolutely unhelpful.Sorry we have no information.You did my taxes?? Well I have some information for you: only a fool uses Jackson Hewitt
