Bad customer service…On the day of purchase of my iPhone pro 12 I was said my apps would be transferred from android to iPhone if I come next day… so I went to check again later and this time they said they would not do it… no proper customer service after buying the phone.. didn’t expect this from t mobile.. interestingly T-Mobile charges $20 saying upgrade support charge if you buy in store and I think this is the support they meant I believe.. be careful..

Wait time is 30 to 45 min . Plan to prepare trip accordingly. Had visited multiple times because of different issues i have faced on my account and each time i have been helped by different people. On an average i would say people are friendly but not informative much when it comes to information sharing. Staff People call customer care to get the answers for the issues i have and faced.

The lady manager here is pathetic . Doesn’t want to help customers at all. I went their to add a line with a family owner willing to provide the pin and all authorization. They kept saying about some made up polocy, I could easily get the same job done from ofher store. Avoid this store.
