We had a great experience both times we were in the store!Brian the sales representative was outstanding. He gave us amazing customer service. He was helpful and informative with out being pushy which is what we experience at some other furniture places. It really made our decision to spend our money at Bobs furniture easier due to the excellent customer service. We will definitely be back if we need anything else and will 100% recommend our family and friends to go see Brian!

I purchased a bed from Bob’s in Burbank with delivery/set up. I was very unlucky to receive my item completely broken! The delivery personnel informed me it was broken before they brought it in my house so I was eligible for a refund. However, the delivery guy did express that buying my product is risky because it is cheap and fragile. I appreciated his honesty and decided to ask for a refund…Here is where the nightmare began. Bob’s customer service is unorganized considering they have you call several different numbers, each with with at least an hour or more wait time to speak with someone. I figured driving to the store would expedite the process… WRONG! It turns out staff at store are understaffed and cannot do anything unless corporate approves. All I wanted to do was cancel my order and get a refund. It took me two trips to the store, which resulted in no progress, but when I waited 2.5 hours on hold, with I assume corporate, I was able to get my refund. All the corporate person did was call the Burbank location and tell them I wanted a refund. Ummm I did that TWICE in person already.After listening to the dreadful elevator music for 2.5 hours, mission accomplished. I went to ASHLEY’s FURNITURE STORE next door and got a better bed, better price, and they had plenty of staff in the customer care section. Do yourself a favor and go to Ashley’s next door. Don’t put yourself through the risk and burden of having to deal with poor customer service. Well why two stars you may ask? Because the delivery guys were honest with what I was buying and Victor from customer care in Burbank looked overworked, but he was very patient.

Orlando was very helpful providing specifications about the product we were interested in purchasing. Very forthcoming with information and services Bob’s Discount offers. The prices are reasonable for the products and the added warranty is not over priced. I wish they had more variation in color and materials than one or two choices, but the colors they do have are actually universal to fit most rooms.
