Paid $450 for new tire rod install, tire alignment, and ESC sensor reboot. They did a 30 point inspection that identified deep crack on inside wall rear tire and provided 3 price quotes for diff priced/quality tires. They will offer to drive you home and pick you up after job is done. They communicated excellently with with updates and options. Overall, yes the labor cost may be a bit higher but if your a fan of quality work, communication, and customer service…give them a try!

Very friendly and professional. I feel they’re very honest as they told me there was a repair that needed to be done but not immediately and it wouldn’t affect anything. They said I could do it later and it wouldn’t cause any damage but I decided to do it anyways. I trust the guys at Bob’s, which is saying a lot as I am a single older woman. They never make me feel like they’re trying to take advantage of me. Thank you Bob’s automotive for your excellent service practices.
