I am so upset. I called rose hills the first week of Mother Day and I asked them when I should remove the stuff from my moms gravesite. The lady I spoke to advised me that on the 20th all things had to be picked up. I asked her more than one time and she assured me that the pick up date was on the 20th. To my surpirse, I went yesterday to go pick up my moms stuff and they threw everything away. I started crying because I bought my mom so many cute things to decorate for Mothers Day. This shouldve not happened and it did because the lady on the phone gave me wrong information. It was about 300 dollars worth of stuff. Everything was brand new and I am so disappointed because I previously had given 5 stars.

My Brother-in-law funeral was completed on Friday 3/12/2021, on behalf of the entire family, I want to thank everyone for your help during this most difficult time. I would like to specially thank pre-plan adviser Ms. Cecilia Chan who assisted our family from day one until the last moment of Mr. Tran laid to rest, Cecilia demonstrated a professional manner while assisting our family, every time there was a concern raised to her, she responded quickly and efficiently, she did an excellent job in working with us during this tough time, we are truly grateful and appreciated for her kindness and sympathy toward our family. Though I rated 4 stars in the review but Cecilia well deserves a 5 stars herself. I also would like to point out that the service in Alhambra arrangement office needs some improvement, busy busy and careless about the family’s sorrow and grieving is not an appropriated excuse.

Other than the fact that the mortician did my grandmother’s lips too thin (but it got plumped) the funeral went off without a hitch. Also their find-a-grave system is great to find the right area since it’s such a huge place. It’s such a peaceful place and their chapel… their chapel at sunset…
