There are no words for the awesome service I received at this location yesterday . I have never encountered such a group of knowledgeable and outstanding people! We walked out with an upgrade and a decrease in my monthly bill simply because Lori and her colleagues took the time to listen to the issue and the jumped into action as a team to fix it for me.Lori Suazo was helpful and hands down amazing with figuring out the mess sprint made of my previous service. Had an easy time yesterday buying some phones.David was our sales guy and the best thing is,he wasn’t pushy.He allowed us to make our own decisions and answered respectfully.He didn’t try to sell us something just because as in trying to push the deals out the door.He was there for what we wanted.Plus I bought a speaker ♂️Just because His patience with us is much appreciated.Thank you David
