I haven’t been to The Oaks mall in years. I went into Nordstrom’s on my way out & found a cute little Cross body bag with a major discount. Annually I found the full price one but the salesperson directed me to the clearance sale one. So happy cuz saved quite a bit. Don’t remember my salespersons name but she was great! Very helpful & knowledgeable!

I love the salespeople at this Nordstrom. I especially appreciate the manager and salespeople in the shoe department. They helped me with a complicated return that they really didn’t have to do. I appreciate their kindness and patience. I also had an excellent experience with the beauty consultant for Charlotte Tilbury. She was spot on with her recommendations, and she happily assisted me with products from a few other lines. The only thing that would make me love this store even more is if they had an Encore section.
