Great amenity for the city. It may be a business, but I consider SB a part of the community. With the loss of Lombardi Sports a few years back, SB is now the only real sports store in the area. They give 10% off to their Basementers members (free to join), so you always feel like you are getting a decent deal even on stuff that everywhere else is selling for list price. Great variety for all your sports needs including some rentals for stuff you might not want to buy.

Massive, anything sports/outdoor/activity-related emporium for all your active needs. Located inside a former supermarket, this huge, Costco-sized store will (or should) have anything and everything you could ever need when it comes to sports, skiing, hiking, camping, running, etc… Presentation and visual merchandising is at the Costco-level as well…. But service is decent and there’s always plenty of parking.

I had bad drive train wear on my bike. I brought it in, and the team in the bike shop were able to replace everything needed in 1 day. It shifts and feels better than when I first bought it.Please thank the folks that worked on it for me.R Banthin
