Like another reviewer mentioned, don’t try to take anything back after 30 days (unworn, with tags on and receipts) or you’ll non-politely be given the run around and there’s nothing we can do. Don’t wait until day 35 like I did. I ended up calling Loft customer service and they were happy to grant a full refund if I mailed in my items, since it was less than 30 days since receiving them in the mail (just 35 days since ordering).I want to like this store, but since the customer service was not helpful I will not be returning.

Loft is the best store to shop at for women and teens only … is also a great opportunity to work there I’m currently a retail sales associate there and I love a great benefits fun people great conversation and most of all I just love it
