Such a shame this place in redondo used to be an awesome place id buy all my stuff from there, now I sit on hold for to much time nobody ever picks up the phone ordering something from there is just a stress ball as they dont answer calls or emails about orders. Knowing this is sick place I thought Id drive 30 minutes to the shop just to stand around for 45 minutes and having nobody ask if I needed help or interested in buying something. I had to walk around to find a employee that wasn’t on there phone and wanted to help out. I still to this day have faith in the 4 Wheel parts store as they used to be great. Although I am still waiting for an email back or someone to pick up the phone.

They never answered the phone. I called three different stores went through many different options on the menu I tried to get a hold of cells then I try to get ahold of order updates and then I try to get a hold of the car and vehicle department for update on my truck and not one store answered their calls during the past three days and when they did answer that one time that they did they asked to please hold and then they never actually took the call.
