Never have all the parts to complete anything I’ve needed. Went in and purchased a toilet paper mount but needed the roll holder….they didn’t have it. Went in another time ready to buy a mix and match lamp and shade and asked for the harp piece to actually connect the shade…and they didn’t have any. I mean seriously, what gives? I try to support brick-and-mortar stores but it’s no wonder they’re dropping left and right they’re not even equipped to satisfy basic customer needs. Will stick to online going forward.

Store itself was perfectly fine, however at check-out Suzanne was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She outright ignored me and refused to answer any questions I had. Will not be going here again.
