Not only are Trek bicycles a step above in terms of quality and reliability, the employees at this particular South Bay store are equally terrific.I have been servicing my bicycles as well as purchasing them here for quite some time, and all the employees are always friendly and welcoming.There have been several occasions when the entire staff went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get out there and ride, and without their amazing customer service it would have been a lot difficult to do so!Cliff in particular at this location is amazing to work with, and he knows his stuff! I highly recommend this establishment

Although the wait was a little long the service was worth the wait. From the moment I entered the store I was offered help bringing my bikes in and taking them back to my car. The employee at the repair station (didn’t get his name) was extremely helpful. I appreciate that even though my bikes are pretty beat up he did not try to get me to spend A lot of money to fix them. He gave me great suggestions and quickly replaced one of my flat tires. I recommend this place and would also return.
