I called multiple Chico location looking for a specific jean. Only until I called the Carlsbad store and spoke to Jayne did the real meaning of customer service exist. She asked for my phone number and said she would call some stores to see if they hadwhat I was looking for in the size I needed. She called me back and although the stores didnt have it i greatly appreciated her effort. Kudos to Jayne
