I had my muffler fixed and an alignment done today.Mike & Larry couldn’t of been any nicer and explained everything before the work was done and test drove it when it was finished.i am very satisfied and would recommend this place very highly.its so nice to have someone very friendly and who cares about the customer and their work.thank you guys..

Feels like good on most of the service but in my opinion they have no idea what they are doing on alignment. I leveled my 2016 F150 truck with bigger rim and tires and tried to get it alignment here. Dropped off in the AM and went there 5pm. Showed me pic on the guy’s cellphone, who was working in the front desk, and said it is all aligned but the steering wheel is not straight. And he didn’t know what is wrong and spend 2 hours on it but still can not get it straight.The only reason I give 2 star is he didn’t charge me nothing which I can not complain more.Today, I went to another big brand store. When I picked it up, it turned out perfectly like brand new. And they give me paper work as below. Let the pic says everything.All I can say about Monro Auto is DO NOT come here for alignment! Luckily I when to another store, otherwise I have to replace my brand new tire after 2 weeks!!!
