RUN, do not walk, but RUN away from these CROOKS. We have emails from people who zipquote says asked for quotes who confirm they haven’t shopped for quotes in over 6 months and don’t even own the vehicles we get leads from them on! Then we request a credit, it comes back declined saying Consumer confirmed they requested information online. We forward them the email and phone messages we have from the prospects and submit for an override and we get DENIED the override of credit refusal.We have been buying internet leads since 2000, have the absolute best process and KNOW how to close internet leads. The leads we purchase from other providers are closed at a 40% ratio. We have had ZERO sales from this source all YEAR. ZERO. You would think that at least one of the leads they send you would purchase–IF THEY WERE REAL PEOPLE or IF THEY REQUESTED A QUOTE. We have yet to reach ONE person who even admits they DID request a quote online. We are going to dispute payment with our credit card company–this is the most ridiculous internet lead company yet. SUCH A JOKE!!!!!

Internet leads are unfortunately a great way to get more frequent shoppers on your book, which is no way to build your book of business…as they tend to leave just as quickly as they start with you. However, I did appreciate ZipQuote and their customer service. Bernadette with ZipQuote was fabulous! in addition, the leads they provided are many, and we did gain business off them. If I do go back to internet leads, I will go with ZipQuote as one of my vendors.

Our agency is 2 months in with the Zipquote live lead transfers. We have been happy with the results so far. The customers that are transferred over have all been looking to purchase insurance. Their information is automatically uploaded into our system for ease of access on our part and a seamless experience for our customers.
