I was standing at the airsoft counter waiting for help. No one comes. Ask the cashier to call someone for help. Manager MICHAEL shows up, we make eye contact and he goes around the counter, ignores me, walks past me 3 times while I’m literally looking at him to see if he was going to help me. He never asked me if I needed any help. He opens the door to talk to some associates in the little room behind the counter and leaves. Great customer service MICHAEL.

Prices are always good. Merchandise is usually decent quality. Customer service is not always the best, but they do keep prices low so it’s a trade off. We go here often.
