Went there to ship an item to San Diego and they gave a quote of $42 if i pack it and $62 if they drop it in a box. Because the item was an odd shape and I sincerely wanted to save money for the recipient/buyer I chose to pack it myself at no cost to him!After spending much time in packaging the item cushioned well, I went there today to ship it and find out to my dismay a charge of $73 which I did not accept. After spending much time there she talked to a so-called supervisor who had so much mercy and generosity to offer me a $3.47 discount!!!I just left the store for good and will NEVER return, for any business!

I came here to drop off my small package with the labeled printed already and they told me no. They told me I needed to go to a shipping office(?) but I just went to another ups location in downtown Palo Alto and they took it no problem. I asked the new ups office why they wouldn’t take it and they said they were supposed to! And that they’ve had issues before not wanting to accept packages. Definitely would not recommend going to this location since they deny their services!
