Kristen was great. We came in just as she was left alone and was helping one customer and then she suddenly had my family with toddler lol and two other couples looking and helping them. she was very apologetic and I let her no there was no need to apologize she was doing great. she got me situated found bed we purchased and everyone that was there she was helping with left with smiles on their faces and new beds. She was a great team player yesterday and I cant thank her enough for all the help and great positive attitude she brought.

After spending hours online researching, driving to stores that say they have stock, only to be duped and solicited to buy a better mattress, I left the big city area and headed back to the canyon. I had one last shot at Oroville Mattress Firm and Josh was a very informative and helpful salesperson. He moved mattresses onto a foundation for me to try. At no time did he try to hard sell me or tell me what kind of mattress I should buy. He listened to my needs and directed me to a mattress set that would give me years of comfort at a price point within my budget. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Josh and Mattress Firm!
