I mean I got this cute picture, but that’s about it. I went in search for baking items just to find the aisles almost completely empty. I took a look at their silicone molds and was disgusted at the fact that they’re partially black and dirty from being on the floor. I picked up at least 2-3 molds from the floor and hung them. They should pull those dirty molds and at least clean them.

I’m a regular customer at Michael’s. Unfortunately, it’s going downhill as far as keeping shelves stocked and store clean. Local management needs to take notice as a better, cleaner alternative is only blocks away.
